BarronsPM offers 3 different lease terms, 2 of which come only after owner approval. Below you will see them listed and what circumstances may allow that specific lease to be done.
- 12 Month lease – a standard lease length for all properties. Any property, unless specifically noted will be a 12 month lease. Now the 12 month lease will begin on a certain day and will ALWAYS end on the last day of the month. A lease will never exceed 12 months, or 356 days. It will either be exactly 365 days or slightly less, depending on the move in date selected. For example, a lease will be April 18, 2025 – March 31, 2026 or May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026.
- 7 Month lease – much like the 12 month lease, it will always end on the last day of the month. This lease option is available for certain properties that, for example, are rented during winter months only, or the owner wishes to not do vacation rental. A 7 month option is also available, with owner approval, at tenants request after a 12 month lease, in such case where a tenant is unsure they will be able to stay for another 12 months, or is looking to buy, etc.
- Month to month lease – This is only available for UP TO 3 months, after a 12 month or 7 month lease option. It requires owner approval as it is a temporary option until tenant finalizes a move or the owner finalizes their decision to offer renewal. It could also be done in the event the home is to be sold and is under contact.
