Please make sure to take precautions and protect yourself, your pets, and the property.
– Wrap sprinkler pumps, pipes, water spigots and plants with blankets and secure them into place to protect from winds
– Do not leave fires or candles unattended
– Bring your pets and potted plants/flowers inside
– Your heater may have dust on it, which will cause a brief smell in your home, don’t worry, it should go away. Anything lasting longer than 2 hours or smelling like burning rubber- turn the unit off and contact management.
If precautions are not followed and damages are incurred – you could be held responsible for repairs needed.
