Before we discovered BPM, we had gotten to the point where we were ready to unload our rental in Florida. The stress and difficulty of trying to rent out the house every year or two, when we live in Texas, had become unbearable. Fortunately, BPM made the whole rental process simple and relieved us of all that stress.
