One of the most important aspects to understand as a homeowner is your home requires care and regular maintenance. As time goes on, parts of your home will wear out, break down, deteriorate, leak, or simply stop working.
Our Yearly Preventative Maintenance Program will evaluate all major systems of the home including plumbing, heating, electrical, HVAC, and structural. All inspections will be completed by a certified master inspector.
As part of the Premium Property Management service package, we will oversee any insurance claim for your property, while we are the managers. While this does not happen very often, when it rains, it pours. Navigating the repairs and communication with the insurance company is stressful to say the least.
An owner’s insurance claim is part of being a homeowner, but if you are an owner under the Premium Property is included with your plan. If you want to have this service and have selected the Full Service plan, we will coordinate any insurance claims for the small portion of 5% of the claim.
While tenants with pets have bi annual pet inspections and we complete a renewal inspection at all properties annually; if you would like to have additional inspections completed at your property, these can be done at an additional cost of $150 per inspection. This inspection will include pictures and document the condition of the property at the time of completion.
