Our leasing system has been mostly unaffected. We are still\nshowing properties to any perspective tenants via our lock box system, Rently.\nThis allows perspective tenants to view the property anytime between 9 am \u2013 5 pm\ndaily, without meeting someone or coming into contact with someone of another\nhousehold. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are still taking all calls and answering emails as normal\nand processing applications and placing deposits has also carried on as normal.\nAny documents needing signing and any funds that are to be paid can be done electronically\nto further prevent contact with others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maintenance has mostly resumed normal procedures, with the\nexception of those who are in quarantine, or are suspected of having COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our tenants will already know that we have temporarily\npaused late fee posting during this time to assistant our tenants in getting\nback on their feet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting new owners are able to be done remotely via Zoom meetings\nor phone conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our office is being overloaded with communications of all\nkinds, so to make sure we answer everyone\u2019s questions in a timely manner,\nplease make sure to leave a voicemail if you call and to allow 24 hours for\nemails to be answer. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
