A lease under 6 months and 1 day is considered a vacation\nrental and BPM no longer manages that type of rentals. BPM offers a 7 month\nlease. This is a \u201clong term\u201d rental and is available for most properties,\npending owner approval. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another alternative to a 12 month lease is a month to month\nagreement, which is an extension of the lease you already signed with BarronsPM.\nIt is only available after a 12 month or 7 month lease. This option is\navailable for UP TO 3 MONTHS. After those 3 months, a new 12 or 7 month lease\nmust be signed, or the tenant must vacate the premises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both are great options for someone who knows they will be\nmoving in the near future but not immediately. If you are one of these renters,\nyou should check in with BPM about the options available to you and the\nproperty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you sign a 12 month lease then move 4 months in due to\nrelocation or just bad planning in general, you will be liable for rent and\ncare of the property until the end of your lease or until a new tenant is\nsecured for the property, regardless if you are still living there or not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
