As we come to the end of another great year, make to mark a few things off your to do list:
– Update mailing address or banking info with BPM
– Tax documents and cash flow statements will be prepared at the end of January and sent to owner portals and paper mailed
– Double check your email and phone numbers on file for the best communication
– BPM will do our best to make sure all bills from 2025 are paid before Dec 31, 2025 to ensure they are listed on 2025 tax documents and cash flows. Please remember, if you paid any bills directly, these will NOT be listed as an expense on these forms and you will need to keep track of the invoices and payment details for your accountant.
