A tenant's mother called and said that she called yesterday on behalf of her daughter (who resides in one of our properties).... Said the garage door was broken and that the vendor came out right away and fixed it and he did a wonderful job. They also have a very capable and strong network of trades that deal with any mishaps or mechanical / operational issues that will always arise in a rental unit. We listed our rental with Barron’s Reality in April 2011 and they rented it the same day with qualified tenants and for the price we asked. Throughout the two years the tenants were in our home, I never had to worry about how it was being taken care of. Anytime an item needed to be repaired we were notified immediately and given the option of choosing our own service company or having them take care of it.  My calls are always promptly returned (even on weekends). We recently were notified that our tenants are planning to leave. I was concerned about how fast the house would have replacement qualified tenants again. The sign and listing were placed on June 1st, 2013 and as of June 6th I have a qualified future tenant with a paid deposit moving in on July 1st, 2013! We are very happy with Barron’s Reality and their entire staff. We 100 percent endorse Barron’s Reality!

Hello, Thank you for responding to the emergency so promptly. DKI came out last night and this morning @ will return tomorrow.
ECUA only turned off the main water valve however DKI recovered 80 gallons of water.
